Individualized Learning
Individualized Learning or Individualized Instruction a method of teaching in which content, instructional technology, and pace of learning are based upon the abilities and interest of each learner.

Individualized learning considers goals-based curriculum, standards, and differences in learning speeds and abilities of the learners. This is because each learner progresses through the material at different speeds, according to his or her own learning needs and abilities.
Individualized instruction is a method of instruction in which there is one-to-one teaching and self-paced learning based on an outline of progressive goals leading to the course/curriculum objectives.
